Omaha Skyline
I visited Omaha and spent some time in a park that had a really lovely view of the downtown, I was fortunate to be there just as sun was setting so I got this lovely lighting

Taken from a handy bridge over a major street from where I used to live, was very convenient, if a bit cold, place to take a photo.
This grasshopper was perched on a fence. I accidentally saw them while I was getting some other photos, and they stayed still long enough for me to get a few good pictures :D
I was doing some macro work with some spiders when I looked up and saw some sunflowers, just a few, directly above me. I loved the lighting so grabbed a quick photo :D
The plant this bee was on was moving a lot, which was making it hard for her to land and hard for me to take a photo, but eventually the plant cooperated and we both got what we wanted :D!
I love autumn. I saw this place as I was walking towards the bus and came back with my gear later to get a few photos.
I was walking in a underbrush area taking some stock photos and found this butterfly just hanging out. Luckily it tolerated me both surprising it and taking a few photos.
This squirrel saw me right before I took this photo, and helped me turn this into a portrait of them. After this photo, as I walked away, they kept watching me.
A flock of birds was disturbed while I was shooting an event, and I happened to be in the right place for this photo.
I just got lucky to see this bee while I was taking some other photos, so I was lucky enough to be able to get a few macro photos of it, including this one.
I loved the lighting at this time of day while I was walking the campus, so I came back with my camera and got a picture of the clock tower.
This was really just a lucky photo I got in just in time before the butterfly noticed me!
